Why we are using Google Drive File ID for additional photos/images?

Due to a high volume of storage, currently we are not supporting direct upload of your photos onto our website. This is because of the space issue we recently faced. So the user who wants to add their additional photos or images is responsible for their attachments or source files. To add more photos/images, the user should have a G-Mail account and keep their source files in a Google Drive account.

How safe sharing Google Drive File ID?

We will not share the user's Google Drive File IDs with anyone. The File IDs are automatically encrypted by the system while saving.

Where can I find the Google Drive File ID?

The Google Drive File ID is a unique identifier assigned to each file on Google Drive. It is a stable identifier that remains the same even if the file name or location changes.

The File ID can be found at the URL of the file when it is opened on Google Drive. It is the combination of letters and numbers that appear after "d/" in the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/***ThisIsFileID***/edit#gid=345.

Alternatively, you can right-click on a file in Google Drive and select "Get link", then the "Copy link" button, and the file ID will be in the copied URL.
